Need to Know

Nice glades down the slope. The exit along the creek is bumpy and snowboarders should have one or two poles handy for the occasional push.

Description

Choose one of the first pow fields you encounter just after reaching the Ellis / Little Ellis saddle on the skin up and pick your way down the East/North East face of Ellis.

Keep your eyes and ears on your partner as the glades can be somewhat tight and micro terrain features could separate you. With practice the line will connect a series of powder fields and nice glades. Some small cliff features can be found as well, but are not to be worried about if that's not your thing.
