Description

The open meadows of Van Horn Park make for easily accessible beginner backcountry terrain. This line, due to its northern aspect, also can have soft snow many days after the last storm.

Lapping this line couldn't be easier and its a great area to practice your turns! This zone is also conveniently located outside of Aspen, showing that you don't have to far to get good turns. Hugging the skier's left edge of this zone can provide some slightly steeper turns.
