Hanging Gardens

Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

From the top of the huge snowfield that flanks Clements Mountain, pick and choose your way down the Hanging Garden snowfield taking care to avoid rocks and exposed dirt - particularly any delicate wildflowers that are starting to bloom.

At the end of your line, take care to only walk on snow, rock, and durable surfaces as you make your way back toward the Logan Pass visitor center. Use the wooden boardwalk wherever possible as you exit.
