Need to Know

Needs to be a high snowfall year. Various cliff bands pepper this ridgeline... be careful!

Description

Starting at the top of Pine Mountain, one can enjoy a nice short technical descent on the southern slope. There are several small cliffs, steeps and even a chute or two. The hill holds several different 'routes' down, all are short and end on Bennett's Pond. It's a great area to take a run or two in the 'CT BC' if you could call it that (which you probably shouldn't).

History & Background

To the best of my knowledge, first ski descent Winter 2015.
