Description

This ascent leaves from the village of Antarashen, which is located about 120kms from Yerevan. Skiers will follow a forest road that slowly goes upwards, soon leaving the gorges and valleys on both sides of the road. This ski trail is passable from January to April (April 20) as most of the terrain on Mount Tezh is located on the northern side of the mountain and remains cold later into the season. Sometimes it is possible to find powder snow in January and April!

Once you've reached the high point of the area, simply return along your skin track for an exciting descent.
