Need to Know

Locate the Chute in the north-facing draw and then skin up to it. You'll cross some flats on the way.

Description

This is an approach to an out-and-back run that skis the north-facing chutes in the side canyon on the drive up to Cedar Mountain from the Cedar Canyon Road. The chute is visible from the road up to Cedar Mountain and may be visible from parts of Cedar Canyon. This route requires a big snow year.
