Need to Know

Class 2 avalanche terrain. Assess conditions carefully while touring in this area.

Description

The top of this line has a giant cornice, and it's one of many independent slide paths within a much larger avalanche path. The upper slope is steep and levels out after a few hundred feet, then runs into the lower-angled forest towards the stream in the middle of Long Canyon.
