There's a paid parking area at the Crest. You can get a Sandia Annual Pass, or use a Golden Eagle Pass. Don't want to pay? Park at the last switchback or near the pullout a quarter mile before the paid lot.
Description
Approach as for Thenar Chute and do this one first. Set some long tracks going up, or boot up if the conditions allow. You should recognize Donald Duck and the Fire Hydrant on your left as you approach going down the La Luz.
