Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry
Description
Head south from Marble on Yule Quarry Road for 2.6 miles until you reach a few fairly obvious vehicle pulloff. Park at one of these but please note this is an active mining road and your vehicle needs to be completely free of the road.
There will likely be an obvious and well travelled skintrack leading directly from this parking area. Follow this very steep skintrack through glades and forest until you reach the summit of
Marble Peak - or transition anywhere along the way - the turns are relatively steep from top to bottom.
The Konsella's "Backcountry Ski & Snowboard Routes" guidebook is probably the best resource for this area.
