Information for Local Clubs and Land Managers

How can I add all the trails in the trail system I manage?
If you have GPS data for an entire trail system in the form of a shapefile or .KMZ file, please send our team an email at content@adventureprojects.net. We are happy to help with a mass upload for large trail systems.
How can I receive notifications about new trails added to my area?
Send us an email at content@adventureprojects.net with a link to your Powder Project account and the specific area you would like to receive notifications about. We will set up an automatic email to notify you when someone adds a new trail to your area. You can review the trail directly from this email, and if there are any edits or updates that need to be made, reply to the email and one of our admins can help.
How can I sign up to manage the area page for my local club?
Send us an email at content@adventureprojects.net with a link to your Powder Project account and the specific club page you would like to manage. Once we have set you up as the club page manager, you can edit the descriptive details for the club page.
How do I set up a donation link on my club page?
Once you are set up as a club manager, click the Edit Club link at the top of the page. On the edit page, you will see a section where you can enter a donation URL. Please ensure that this links directly to the club's donation page.
How can I add a logo to my club page?
Send us an email at content@adventureprojects.net with a .JPEG or .PNG of your logo. Note that the logo we display on the club page will be displayed as a 150x150 square image.
What resources do you have for organizations/clubs/race directors?
In addition to club pages and links to land manager websites that can be added to trail and hike pages, we offer a completely free and customizable widget that can be used to showcase trails, hikes or events on your own website. Create your own customizable widget code here.
How can I update the Events section on my club page?
This section is auto-populated when the provided organization's website has an RSS feed. It can't be edited manually.
