Need to Know

This is extreme terrain with extreme weather. You MUST bring warm clothes, food, and water. This is a steep hike to the top and requires plenty of time. Avalanches are a threat in this area. This is an extreme line with very steep sections.

Description

A thin band of snow up top leads to a large cliff band with a thin line of snow tapering into a narrow chute. The chute is steep and leads out into the gulley below. Access via Left Gulley. This is an extreme line, even for Tuckerman's. There's a good possibility that you'll damage your skis and your body.
