Overview

Many skiers note this face of Mount Sniktau as they drive by on I-70. There are various lines down this face.

Need to Know

This is an avalanche area. Use caution as the center line is usually the first to melt in the spring. The area is best skied in the spring.

Description

Serious bushwhacking is required to exit the line to I-70 via the forest below the tree line. A faster and sometimes better option is to re-ascend and ski out the same way you entered.
