Need to Know

This is a great run, but you are essentially skiing a slide path so make sure everything is stable.

Description

Along the approach to Keiths hut, this will be the last of the avalanche paths to your East before you split off into the woods. Tour your way up through the woods, finally reaching the top (Vantage Ridgeline). Ascend into the avalanche gully, be sure to stay clear of the center creek trough as it can melt out and leave you wet and sad. It is also pretty steep in the small trough at places, so exiting may be difficult.

Again, be sure there is good stability - this place does get spooky.
