Description

This is one of Tohoku's mega classic tour ascents that gives you access to some of Japan's largest descents. Some exceed 1700 meters and all offer dramatic views straight down to the ocean.

Chokaisan is known as the Fujisan of Tohoku and really stands out with 1891 meters of prominence jumping out of the Sea of Japan.
