Description

This straightforward ascent provides access to a spine / ridge that leads to a ski route to Porcupine Gulch. An enjoyable way up, this ascent features some easy to moderate terrain.

Starting from the hut, the trip is approximately 24 min of movement time. For the first portion of this ascent, you'll follow the Uncle Bud's to Point 12,313 route, diverging to the east after about a quarter mile. That's where this description begins.
