Description

This is the most straightforward (read no bushwhacking) way to access the summit of Parry Peak and ski the Bear Claw chutes off its northwest face. Just follow the Continental Divide Trail the whole way from the summit of the Colorado Mines Peak. There is a huge loss of elevation gain before hitting Mt. Eva, which can be a bit demoralizing, but just keep following the Divide until you reach Parry Peak.
