Overview

Moderately hard ski line to the skier's left of the drop in for Frankenstein.

Description

We skinned up from Current Creek, and then kicked steps up the Postage Stamp for this approach. But there are lots of different options for getting up there.

This is the only line on the entire ridge that does not form a cornice. We started skiing from just above Bride of Frankenstein, and dropped right in no issues. There are rock outcroppings on both sides while you are skiing, but the angle and width is not difficult.

Probably not a good line to ski in the middle of winter—wait for spring consolidation!
