Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry
Overview
This line can easily be seen from Williams Lake and is very aesthetic.
Description
A good outing and aesthetic line that can be seen from William's Lake. Many ways to approach this line. Either cross the Bog as if approaching Sin Nombre, once out of the trees head southwest and uphill, aiming for the north facing aspect of the
Lake Fork - Sin Nombre Ridge. One could also approach as if skiing
Ice Spider Couloir, but continue south, finding path of least resistance. The second is easy in the spring with a stable snowpack. The east side of the couloir stays in the shade and is good climbing conditions in the spring. There are many short, steep, and techy lines along this part of the left facing, north to south ridge. If one was getting after it, they could have a stellar day with lots of fun climbing and skiing.
