Need to Know
There are parking fees. I don't recall exactly but it's a few Euros. There is a meter that takes coins.
Description
Drive your car all the way to the end of Inneralpbach. When you drive in to the valley, drive straight in as far as you can. When you reach the Hotel "Widersbergerhorn" on the left side, make a right over the little bridge to keep going in the valley a little farther on the right side. Go down the small, single lane street until you make it to a small parking ground outside of Pension Furstenhof.
You'll need a few Euros (in the form of coins) to pay for parking there. At the end of a the parking lot, you'll most likely see ski and sled tracks starting. If not, follow the creek on the right side going up.
You'll hike at a very low angle for a kilometer or two. When you finally make it to the end of the valley, start skinning up to your right up the steep slope. The skinning is much easier if you do some switchback turns up on the right side of the slope. Go straight up all the way to the ridge. At that point, turn around and take in the view. You're not quite done there. When you make it to the ridge, turn left (south). This is your goal. You've probably been staring at it the whole time. Go along the ridge for a bit and then approach the peak from the back side.
There are two major decent routes. Depending on the Snow the more exciting route is the Bowl. The safer route is going down the way you came up.
Make sure you mapped your route down whichever chute you want to go and make sure it has enough snow.
