Overview

The Catamount Trail is a fully conserved, well maintained public-access ski trail that spans the length of Vermont. Information is on the Catamount Trail Association website: catamounttrail.org/

Description

At 300 miles in length the Catamount Trail is one of Vermont's most treasured gems. Conceived in 1984 and fully linked together in 2008, thousands of skiers and snowshoers take to the trail every season.

31 Sections of varying terrain and difficulty. Climbing skins required for some sections from 18 north.
