Overview

A steep south facing bowl with several descent options

Description

Use the Watrous Gulch skintrack to gain the shared Woods-Machebouf Bowl. Skin to the summit ridge of Woods Mountain, & choose whatever south facing line here looks best.

Alternate approaches can be had from the Herman Gulch approach up Mt Machebeouf, and on could even drop this south facing line from the Ruby Gulch Approach if you gain Woods Mountain from the North.

In general, Watrous/Herman/Ruby gulch is all an alpine playground with endless ascent & descent options.

Be safe on this steep south facing line.
